Yes, We can special order spare parts kits for the 3M Littmann Cardiology IV Stethoscope, which consist of: 1pr small eartips, and rim/diaphragm assemblies (adult and pediatric). ST40016 is black, and ST40017 is gray. Please call our customer care department at 800-824-6016 to place an order.
